Chiropractic Care, Personalized to You
Acupuncture, PEMF, and More
Dr. Alanna Bernacchi has been helping Phoenix patients feel better for over 20 years, with a treatment plan built around what your body actually needs.
You're Not Just a Diagnosis
You've probably been in pain longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe you've tried a few things already, an adjustment here, a stretch routine there, and nothing quite stuck. Maybe you're tired of feeling rushed through appointments, or explaining your whole story just to get handed the same treatment as everyone else.
You don't need a generic plan. You need someone who actually looks at you, what your body's telling you, what's already been tried, what hasn't, and builds from there.
That's the whole reason Dr. Alanna works the way she does. Every person who walks in gets a real evaluation first, not a script.

Your Care, Your Way
Every visit starts the same way: a thorough history and evaluation, so Alanna understands exactly what's going on before anything else happens. From there, your treatment plan is built just for you, drawing from a full range of modalities:
Chiropractic adjustments (diversified, drop table, instrument adjusting, traction)
Acupuncture and dry needling
Soft tissue mobilization and kinesiotaping
Electrical muscle stimulation
PEMF therapy
PIP (personal injury protection) treatment
Whether you're recovering from an accident, managing chronic pain, or just want to move and feel better, your plan starts with you, not a package.

Acupuncture is generally not painful and many people find it to be a very relaxing experience. Although dry needling is a deeper needle penetration, you should not feel anything more than a deep aching sensation.
